Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within three (3) business days from receipt of your order.
Our standard delivery charge is $9.90 including GST Australia-wide. You will automatically receive FREE delivery for all orders with a value of $150 or more.
You should only be able to order products that we have available in our warehouse at the time of processing your order. In the unlikely situation where a product is temporarily out of stock, there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order. We will get in touch with you if this situation occurs.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified on your order summary. If you prefer an alternative delivery address, please provide clear instructions in the notes section of your order.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will received email and SMS notifications directly from Australia Post.
If no-one is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the Australia Post delivery person will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place. If this is not possible, your parcel will be re-directed to your nearest Post Office, for you to collect at a time convenient for you. You should receive a card from Australia Post with further instructions. Alternatively, you can follow the tracking instructions via their email updates.
We cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur to you parcel after delivery of your parcel has been fulfilled by Australia Post.
