Application:- “After washing your hair, massage a nut-sized blob into your damp hair. Leave to soak in for 5–10 mins. Rinse out thoroughly. Apply 1–2 per week.

Intense method: apply to dry hair, allow to soak in for 15 mins or overnight (depending on required hair care level). Wash as usual.
